How Does Dropshipping Work?

You place the products on your selling platform- this can be your own website or an established selling platform.  Once a customer places an order from you, you’ll simply purchase the product from us, and we will do the rest. No fees involved. Why? Because it doesn’t cost us any extra to send dropship orders- beware of other companies who charge for this service.


How do I start selling?

You will need to register an account with us in order to see the products, please note you must be a reseller/trade seller in order to open an account. Once your account is opened, you need to list the products you would like to sell from our extensive range on your selling platform. CSV files are available on the downloads page. Please feel free to use images and descriptions.


How much do I sell the products for?

Products are listed with an RRP for a guideline price but it is entirely up to you what you charge. Your profit is the difference between what the product costs from us and what you sell it for so it’s always good to have a set margin on what you envisage to make per item.


Will my customer know the item is coming from you?

No. All dropship orders have invoices omitted- our name will not be mentioned anywhere.


What happens if an item is out of stock?

Inventory levels are shown on each product page and stock levels will be updated daily on the Stock Updates page.  Please note we have a system whereby if stock gets low it’s automatically reordered from our supplier so it is rare for items to go out of stock. This usually only happens if a product line is ended. New items are added weekly so check the Stock page regularly to make sure your stock levels are accurate.


How long does it take to process an order?

All orders will be dispatched the same day if ordered before 3pm. Delivery speeds will vary depending on which postage option is selected at checkout. Please check the Shipping page for more info.


What happens if my customer doesn’t receive an item?

If you have selected a tracked/signed for service you will receive the number once the item has been dispatched. If it is an untracked service we may still be able to locate it due to the barcode on the parcel so please let us know.
